This position will be responsible for verifying all government payroll report submissions in accordance with state/federal requirements. Work directly with Payroll Manager and Compliance Supervisor with other tasks/assignments.

This position is responsible for reviewing customer contracts in order to identify potential areas of legal and profitability exposure, risk mitigation, liability containment, and to avoid future disputes.   This position is 100% onsite at our office in Carlsbad.

Function as a Journeyman for Bergelectric Corp.; installing new electrical systems and repairing existing electrical systems while maintaining compliance with national, state and local electrical codes along with all Bergelectric Corp. policies and procedures. Support activities at commercial, industrial, institutional and residential locations.  This is considered to be a safety sensitive position. 

Function as a Foreman for Bergelectric Corp.; monitoring installations and ensuring work is performed according to Bergelectric Corp. standards and project specifications. Work cooperatively with the general contractor and/or customer in managing the project, project schedule and employees. Responsible for maintaining productivity, safety, quality control, labor cost, scheduling, movement of manpower, procurement of materials and any other activities impacting the successful completion of the project.  This is considered to be a safety sensitive position.
